How do I track the progress of my order?

To check the status of your order, simply sign in to your account and go to the ‘Orders’ section and you’ll be able to view the status of all your order

What is the shipping cost?

For orders below ₹1000, shipping fees will be applicable based on the particular PIN code. The applicable shipping fee and delivery date will be prompted during checkout.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do not currently accept international orders, but we are actively working on expanding our delivery services worldwide. Stay tuned for updates as we strive to offer global delivery soon.

Do you take COD orders?

Yes, we do take C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) orders, a cash-handling charge of ₹99 is applicable for all Cash on Delivery orders.

Do you have any store/outlet?

We currently operate exclusively as an online retailer through www.imahajewels.com.

Can i cancel my Order?

We apologize, but orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Do you provide exchange of product?

Imaha Jewels has a strict no return, no exchange policy.
However, if you’ve received a damaged, tampered, incorrect item, or encountered a size issue with your order for rings & bangles, your order will be eligible for a refund.
Please note that our no-return no exchange policy still applies.
