Order Dispatch
We are committed to promptly processing and dispatching your orders, usually within 2 working days or even sooner. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and in the rare event of any delays in processing your order, please rest assured that we will proactively reach out to you.
Delivery
After your order is dispatched, our trusted logistics partner works swiftly to deliver your shipment. Deliveries to metro cities typically take 2-3 days, while non-metro cities may take 5-7 days from the dispatch date. While we strive for timely delivery, occasional operational issues or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. To stay informed about the status of your order, please track it using the details provided in your registered email ID.
International Orders
We do not currently accept international orders, but we are actively working on expanding our delivery services worldwide. Stay tuned for updates as we strive to offer global delivery soon.
Shipping Charges
For orders below ₹1000, shipping fees will be applicable based on the particular PIN code. The applicable shipping fee and delivery date will be prompted during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
A cash-handling charge of ₹100 is applicable for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Imaha Jewels has a strict no return, no exchange policy.
However, if you’ve received a damaged, tampered, incorrect item, or encountered a size issue with your order for rings & bangles, your order will be eligible for a refund. Please note that our no-return no exchange policy still applies.
As per our policy, any complaints must be accompanied by an unboxing video for consideration. This practice ensures transparency and assists us in effectively addressing any issues. Please be advised that we will not consider any complaints without an accompanying unboxing video. Additionally, defects or damages in the article will not be assessed without the submission of an unboxing video.

Refund Process
Kindly be informed that we strive to respond within 48 working hours.
For swift issue resolution, kindly share your details, including Order ID, Email ID, Name, or Instagram ID, along with an unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can send this information to our contact number via WhatsApp or email.
After reviewing your case, we will thoroughly examine the entire issue and cross-verify the provided information. If the shared unboxing video is found to be fake, incomplete, re-packaged, or contains any discrepancies, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to proceed with the case further.
Please ensure that the article is in its original and unused condition, with intact packaging, for the refund process. If all conditions are met, we will proceed with approving the refund request.
Once you are eligible for refund
Refunds will be issued as Store Credit, which can be accessed under My account > My Store Credit
The coupon code will be sent via email and must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of issue. You can activate it by clicking on Store Credits, which will then be available for redemption during checkout
- you are required to pack the particular article securely just as you received it using bubble wrap for added protection.
- Our delivery personnel will then pick up the parcel from your address.
Note: We will issue the refund in the form of a Store credit only after receiving and reviewing the return parcel.
Refund for Size Issue
If you encounter a size issue with your order for rings & bangles, we offer refunds upon return of the product.
While we make every effort to provide detailed information during the ordering process to minimize size issues with rings and bangles, we understand that they can still occur. In the event of receiving the wrong size, customers are eligible for a refund.
